Return Policy

We aim to ensure that every order arrives in excellent condition. If you receive a defective item, we will usually provide a replacement rather than require the item to be returned. In most cases, there is no need to send the faulty disc back to us.

To protect against misuse of our replacement policy, we reserve the right to keep records of replacement requests and may refuse replacements where there is evidence of abuse.

What do I receive when purchasing a DVD?

Your purchase includes:

• A professionally printed DVD with printed disc artwork.

• A professionally designed cover, suitable for a standard 9mm DVD case (please note that some titles may include a simple cover or no cover, depending on the release).

UK customers receive the DVD in a standard 9mm case with the cover included as standard.

International customers receive the DVD securely packaged, with the cover supplied digitally unless otherwise stated.

As many titles are sourced from a variety of materials, picture and audio quality may vary between releases. Where appropriate, any known quality limitations will be noted in the product description.
