What is included in my order?

• Disc with professionally printed artwork.

• Printed cover included.

• Standard DVD/Blu-ray case included.

        International Orders (including the U.S.)

• Disc with professionally printed artwork.

• Disc supplied in a protective plastic sleeve.

• A digital copy of the cover artwork is emailed after dispatch.

• Please note: We no longer ship cases to customers in the United States. In some other countries, cases may occasionally be included at our discretion.

                            Shipping Information

Estimated delivery times:

• United Kingdom: 2–3 working days

• Europe & International: Approximately 6 working days

• Asia & Australia: Approximately 10 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

Returns & Replacements

If your disc arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

In most cases, we will send a replacement disc without requiring the original to be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse replacement requests where there is evidence of misuse of this policy.

DVD & Blu-ray Compatibility

Our DVDs are supplied on DVD-R media and are authored as Region Free, making them compatible with most DVD players worldwide that support recordable media.

Our Blu-rays are supplied on BD-R media and are authored as Region Free, unless otherwise stated.

Please ensure your playback equipment supports recordable DVD-R or BD-R discs before purchasing.
