Fronted by Apollonia Kotero, alongside Brenda Bennett and Susan Moonsie, the group stepped into the spotlight following Vanity 6, bringing a slightly brighter, more pop-oriented edge while retaining the bold energy of their predecessor.
Featuring standout tracks such as Sex Shooter—famously featured in the film Purple Rain—alongside Blue Limousine, Happy Birthday, Mr. Christian and Ooo She She Wa Wa, the album remains a cult favourite among Prince fans and collectors of 80s funk-pop.
