UK Orders

Your order includes:

We ship our discs complete with cases and covers to all countries, including the United States.

Shipping Information

Estimated delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: 2–3 working days.

• Europe & International: Approximately 6 working days.

• Asia & Australia: Approximately 10 working days.

These delivery times are estimates. International orders may occasionally take longer due to customs clearance, local postal services or circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Replacements

If your disc arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

In most cases, we will send a replacement without requiring the defective disc to be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse replacement requests where there is evidence that our replacement policy is being misused.

DVD & Blu-ray Compatibility

Our DVDs are supplied on DVD-R media and are authored as Region Free, making them compatible with most DVD players worldwide that support recordable media.

Our Blu-rays are supplied on BD-R media and are authored as Region Free, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

Please make sure your DVD or Blu-ray player supports DVD-R or BD-R recordable media before ordering.

Where applicable, our listings provide information including:

• Any known quality limitations.

Many of the titles in our catalogue are collector-focused releases created from the best available source material. Sources may include television broadcasts, archival recordings or fan-shot footage.

Because original source material can vary considerably in age and quality, picture and audio quality will not necessarily be the same for every title. We aim to describe any significant limitations clearly on the relevant product page.

These items are intended primarily for collectors looking for rare and hard-to-find recordings.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

We respect the intellectual property rights of copyright holders.

We actively review our catalogue and regularly check whether titles have received, or are due to receive, an official commercial release. We also check previous official releases to determine whether they remain commercially available or have become out of print.

Where we become aware that an appropriate official release is available or forthcoming, we will normally remove the relevant item from our catalogue proactively, without waiting to be contacted by a rights holder.

As a result, many titles are removed by us before we receive any request to do so.

If you nevertheless believe material available through our store infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us by email and provide:

• Your name and contact details.

• A description of the copyrighted work or other material concerned.

• The product or page you are reporting.

• Evidence that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf.

• Any other information that may help us identify and review the material.

We will review genuine notices promptly and take appropriate action where necessary.

Title Removal Requests

We aim to maintain our catalogue responsibly and do not rely solely on rights holders contacting us.

We routinely review titles ourselves, including checking for past, current and forthcoming official releases and whether previous releases remain available or are now out of print.

Where an official release becomes available or a forthcoming commercial release is announced, we will normally remove the relevant collector item from our catalogue where appropriate.

If you are a rights holder, authorised representative, or otherwise believe that a title should not appear in our catalogue, please contact us with the title, relevant product page and reason for your request.

We will investigate the request promptly and take appropriate action where necessary.
